1. Full Colour 11x17 Posters

On request, we will usually provide approximately 20 posters to concert presenters. These posters are formatted to be easily customized for your event using a photocopier that can handle 11x17 paper. Additional posters can be purchased from us on a cost recovery basis.

4. Customizable Colouring Sheet Flyer

You can download and print out a great Judy & David colouring sheet which has room for your concert info. These colouring sheets can be distributed at area schools, day cares, etc. Please fax us a copy for our approval before you distribute it.

5. Publicist Support

As a promoter of a Judy & David concert, it is ultimately your responsibility to market and promote the show. We try to provide as much support as possible in this regard. In certain cases -- especially in major markets -- we can help promote the show through use of our publicist. We have a professional media relations company on retainer to help promote the overall career and products of Judy & David. While we cannot extend use of the media relations company to every concert, we will try to make them available on a per-case basis. Please contact us for more information about this service.

6. Concert Calendar

We would be happy to include confirmed concerts in our online Concert Calendar. Please insure that we have all your correct information. We would be happy to include links to your site and mention of your main sponsor, if applicable. Just email us the information at mail@judyandavid.com and check back in a couple weeks to check the accuracy of the listing. This information is also used for our periodic email newsletters to thousands of families.

7. Idea Bank

We have begun to compile ideas of how to mount a successful children's concert. Please feel free to send us your ideas to share with other presenters. Go to the idea bank.
